Please help us spread the word for this fabulous tour!

Morocco charms and fascinates all those fortunate enough to visit it. A country with everything to offer, the Kingdom of Morocco is synonymous with warm sand, palm trees and camels. For 10 days, you will be immersed in the culture of the Moroccan people, learning Berber rhythms, and true tribal dances, surrounded in the music. You will see castles and forts, markets and mosques, camels and caftans, mountains and deserts, and dance, dance, dance! In a tranquil location known as the Kasbah Xaluca Hotel in Erfoud, you will have daily opportunity to attend classes in Berber folkloric dance, Moroccan bellydance and/or percussion. The Kasbah Hotel has 104 air conditioned rooms with bathrooms finished in fossilised marble more than 360 million years old. We will delight your palate with the finest Moroccan cuisine for breakfast and dinner. There will be henna parties with Gnaouas music, instruction in cooking and making mint tea, tying the haik, preparing shisha, bathing in the hammam. We can also arrange optional excursions to Timbuktu, situated in the heart of the great Erg Chebi sand dune desert, 40 kilometers from Arfoud. The tour culminates in a bivouac ride into the desert by camel. Under the tents, by the firelight, we will feast, play music and dance the night away. We’ll spend a few days in Marrakech shopping the Jemaa el Fna, dinner and Fantasia at Chez Ali, where the tribes gather to entertain you just like they did at the famous Folklore Festival in Marrakech. Visit the Menara, Jardin Marjorelle, Tombeaux Saadiens, or you can just relax and do what you desire. On the last night, you will join the musicians to play or dance at a fabulous Moroccan nightclub! Experience the adventure and distinct pleasure of sampling the warm welcome that is typically Moroccan through the eyes of a bellydancer.
